General

A Pocket Wifi is a mobile Hotspot  WiFi (wifi access point). It captures the 4G/3G and converts  it into a WiFi signal so, it provides you with a private and secured

Throughout your stay, you can use all your devices (phones, tablets, game consoles, computers,…) to connect without having to reconfigure all your applications. Furthermore you remain reachable on your usual phone number.

All Wi-Fi enabled devices are compatible with our WiFi Pocket (computers, tablets, phones).

You can use up to 10 devices simultaneously, however to maintain navigation fluidity, we do not recommend to connect more than 5-6 devices at the same time

The Pocket Wifi battery holds for about 10 hours while in use and 72 hours in standby mode.

We recommend to charge it at night so that it lasts during the whole next day

  • Turn on the Pocket Wifi,
  • Search for then select the Wifi named IzyWifi-xxx.
  • Enter the provided code
  • Here we are, now you are connected.
  • Pocket Wifi is shipped by mail or carrier.

    In order not to incur higher shipping fees, we recommand that you book as early as possible, at least 5 days prior to delivery to France and 8 days for Europe.

    In case of placing order later, we can send the Pocket Wifi in express mode : J+1 to France (12€50) and J+3 to Europe (40€00 ).

  • Rental period starts on the first day that you specified in the booking form at 12:00 a.m and ends on the last stated day at 11:59 p.m.

    The delivery and return time is not included in the rental period.

Delivery

Pocket Wifi will arrive one day before the beginning of your rental period, you need simply to check the hotel reception.

When booking your Pocket Wifi, you should indicate the same name used for the hotel reservation as for the delivery.

Pocket Wifi will arrive one day before the beginning  of your rental period  and you will find it in your mailbox. No one needs to be present at the delivery time.

When booking your Pocket WiFi, the name you specify for the delivery should be the same as the name on the mailbox.

If you don’t have neither a house nor a hotel adress, we can deliver to any post office in France. You will simply need to get there with your ID card and pay €0.80 to get your Pocket WiFi.

Return

From France : Put the Pocket Wifi as well as all its accessories into the pouch, then insert the whole into the supplied prepaid package. Send back the packet via La Poste.

From Europe : Put the Pocket Wifi as well as all its accessories into the pouch, then insert the whole into the supplied protective package. Send back the packet via La Poste. We advise you to choose a short delivery time with a receipt acknowledgement.

You have one working day deadline after the end of your rental period to return back the Pocket Wifi.

For Pocket wifi rentals in France and Europe : we recommand that you return back the device on the last day of your rental period (prior to your departure from Europe).

For Pocket wifi rentals in Morocco: we recommand that you return back the device on the day that follows your reservation last day. (upon your return to France or Europe).

Payment

Payments on www.izywifi.com can only be made via a bank card on the secure web page of our partner, the CIC bank. During the payment process, we require CIC to ask your bank for a payment authorization for the rental amount (the rent) plus EUR 60 to cover potential loss, theft or material damage (to the hotspot and its accessories).

When we charge your card:

  • The day you book: We don’t charge your card on the day you make your booking. We simply ask your bank for a payment authorization for the rental amount plus the security deposit.
  • 7 days before the rental start date: we only charge you the rental amount.
  • At the end of the rental, if no material damage is found, the payment authorization for the entire security deposit is automatically cancelled. If we find any damage, we will charge your card according to the amount of damage incurred
